Even Doyle came to my house on a Saturday, to discuss my farm and vehicle coverage, so I didn't have to take a day off work to go to their office!
They have apologized for their errors, but the fact that they made 3 major errors in one simple transfer has got me shopping for a new provider. I definitely would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Wegner Insurance has helped protect many parts of our lives over the past 7 years, from when we started out as a newly married couple in a rental apartment, to later insuring our purchased home, our cars and our home-based and later off-site business. We love that they are Dave Ramsey endorsers and that is originally how we found them. Doyle takes time to come to our home when needed, and Carolyn and Karla are phenomenal with putting up with my multitude of questions every time our policy changes because we have added something, sold a vehicle, or just have questions in general. They take time to know about our family and truly care about us as clients. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for small-town business with any kind of coverage!
Then a while later, Wegner called us to say that they had never cancelled our policy on our old house because they "weren't sure what we wanted them to do with it". So we had to get that all sorted out.
Glad I made the call to them when I was looking for coverage!
We had our previous home insurance policy through Wegner insurance. When we bought a new house, we informed them about the transition over 3 weeks before we closed (we also had a week early possession). They said that would be fine. 3 or 4 days into our early possession they called us to say that we were not insured because they can't cover us at a house we don't technically own yet. After a couple phone calls they eventually worked things out with our insurance provider and got us coverage retroactively for the time were there.

Finally, this past week we got a check from our insurance provider in the mail. I called Wegner and they discovered that they had accidentally cancelled our policy on our new house.
